Our Favorite Brisket Recipe


Place brisket in roasting pan, fat side up.
Sprinkle on one (1) package of dry onion soup mix.
Pour one (1) bottle of Bennet's Chili sauce over brisket.
Add approx. ½ inch of water, cover

Roast at 350 degrees for 2½ to 3 hours.

Smaller briskets, 3 to 4 lbs. will take about 2½ to 3 hours.
Larger briskets, 5 lbs. or more can roast for 3 to 3½ hours.

Keep covered for entire cooking time.
